For next year, after our Turkey Day with the in-laws, I think it'll be time for my first Mardi Gras in New Orleans. In my digging through pages, I found this one: http://www.mahalo.com/bourbon-street-balcony-rental You can really rent just the balcony, without the hotel? Does anyone have experience with this? Will have to get a bunch of people together, then hope the whole thing doesn't collapse like in that wedding party video..lol

I will gladly throw down to rent a balcony! Heck I would give my first born for a blacony on Bourbon. Nor that for one moment I would use it to do anything wrong, like take my top off or force men to shake it (you know what) for beads. Never, I am a good girl, just like enjoying the sun and watching the horsies go by...
